1. CCAHA ‘s Strategy
CCAHA has the monumental responsibility of education for more than 530
Poorest Cambodia children a year. In the past CCAHA has often been criticized
for delivering a low quality education .
But now mission is focusing on new strategy . with a strong emphasis on quality
,the CCAHA launched three years education .
strategy in 2013 .Immediately heralded as being on the right tract, the plan
lacked the budget necessary to achieve it goals .
So ,in order to realize CCAHA's vision , Asia Offshore (two years), Annuliamo La
Distanza (two years and half) , VARD(one year) , individual donors and Phalla’s
Friends pooled and established of the education capacity development
partnership fund ,to build strong education at all level of students .

2. The objective as forming a school supporting committee, teacher training class,
better understanding administration ,especially regarding teaching and learning
.after training it is easy than before .
CCAHA has mission and vision in order to help the poor children and school ,
and the important partnering with sponsorship , without that there is no school
development . And improvement plans, professional skills and relations between
schools and sponsorship and also community.

3. CCAHA is a very important to school because most villages areas don't have
schools in more villages in the remote villages . To further improve schools
CCAHA needs twenty thousand dollars per year for investment at the project in
all schools .
One again CCAHA lacks funds in 2015 and future plans . Please request all
national and international donors ,to help us to succeed .
