Intertime Continental owns land with an area of 5162 square meters in the fastest
developing ski resort in Europe - Bansko. Ski slopes in the resort are with a total length

healthy climate, mineral springs and opportunities for recreation in other seasons of the
year. Located in southwestern Bulgaria, 150 km. from Sofia.

2. The land is suitable for implementing of hotel complexes. Located in the
southeast part of town, 700 meters from the ski - lift, near the ancient part of the city,
with century old houses and restaurants with specific local cuisine. The project, that

3. Developed three variants:
I. APARTMENT HOUSE
The complex has 132 apartments, studios and rooms, functionally determined in
three separate buildings.
The first building are 49 apartments and 34 studios. There is a public part on the first
two levels - basement and ground floor, which includes reception, recreational places,
shops, sports and recreation center including pool, restaurant, lobby bar, squash courts,
table tennis, billiards, golf simulator. The restaurant and pool are surrounded of greenery
and landscaped yard.
There is common underground parking under the second and third building. Tennis
court is designed on the ground level. The ground floor has a separate entrance area with
reception, lounge, ski and cafe . The buildings will have 49 studios and apartments.
There is a complete project ready to begin construction with a building permit

7. III. HOME FOR OLD-AGE PEOPLE WITH RECREATION CENTER
The complex has total gross floor area of approximately 8500 square meters and
has 160 apartments for two people, a large recreation sport center with pool, gym and a
variety of treatments, library, tropical garden with a teahouse, spa sanatorium, hospital
and other services necessary for successful treatment, rehabilitation and rest.
The largest building is provided for nursing home with total gross floor area of
approximately 8,500 square meters and has 126 apartments for two. There are rooms for
spa treatments, including a swimming pool with mineral water, as well as rooms for
recreation and activities.
The average house will be luxuriously finished hydropathic with 34 apartments for
