completed this very prestigious £325,000
contract for the ventilation works in August
2004. Working closely with the client Firmdale
Hotels the works were completed within a six
month programme.
The hotel built on the site of a car park just off
Dean Street, opened September 2004. With its
very high quality finish and individual
decorations and furnishings this spectacular
hotel is the first “deluxe hotel” to open in
London’s Soho.
Guarding the hotel's entrance is a spectacular 10 feet high
bronze cat by Botero
The hotel comprises 85 bedrooms/suites, 6 private apartments, 2
drawing rooms with honesty bar, bar and restaurant, two state‐
of‐the art screening rooms (45 & 100 seats), 3 private dining
rooms plus a fully equipped gym with 2 beauty treatment rooms
Through Planned Agreed Pro‐Active Acceleration the installation
time on site was reduced to by a considerable period enabling
the works to be completed within a very compact six month
The project consisted of spiral, galvanised rectangular and fire
rated ductwork serving kitchen and theatre smoke extract
systems.
TC Industrial Products Limited by working closely with the
Firmdale Hotel construction team were able to successfully
deliver this very unique, prestigious and high quality project
within a very short period and commence works within one
weeks notice.
