Profile of customer: Financial Trading
Product in use: 19“ 3U SwiftWing Sirius
Purpose of use: Latency Analysis
 Sirius systems are connected to main links by Breakout TAPs and create one capture
file per link per day. No filtering is in use. Packet Capture Timing is synchronized to
common enterprise time source.
 After capturing for hours Sirius platforms are automated for post processing
capture data by client‘s own tools. Multiple statistic reports are created and send
to management control.
 Once those jobs are completed, the capture file(s) will be compressed and archived;
then pushed to 3rd party storage via Network.
 After Sirius returns and waits for next day scheduled and automated capture session.
