 Faculty of Arts new Aswan University, new Aswan.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
 Prepare Shop Drawings For all Systems
 Tender Pricing and Study Electrical Projects.
 Preparing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers .
 Revise Estimated quantities and materials, panel board schedules …etc. to be
matched with American Specs. UFGS and NEC to prepare for Consultant approval.
 Survey the new projects and estimate required materials for the scope of work with
the consultant and the owner.
 Supervise and inspect all materials in the site storage to be matched with material
approval list by Consultant and check its storage method and location.
 Supervise the electrical installations of the project.
 Direct the site work crew and the subcontractors.
 Make all required Tests for electrical systems in the site and the factories
 Supervise installation for Conduits (Embedded/Exposed/Flexible) like
UPVC,EMT,IMC,RGS, and all Back Boxes’ types and all Cable Trunking like Treys,
Trunks, Ladders, Wire Basket .
 Excellent knowledge by all Required Tools and Materials for Site works.
 Making the Mobilization of the project.
 Supervise the electrical installations of the project.
 Direct the site work crew and the subcontractors.
 Manage work operations involving Erection, Installation, Test, and
Commissioning of the systems:
1. Lighting System including Lighting fixtures, Switches, Dimmers, LSPs…etc.
2. Power System including Power Sockets, Industrial Sockets, Pulling Cables…etc.
3. CCTV System including all Cameras’ types, LCDs, System Rack.
4. Fire Alarm System including all Detectors, CMs, MMs, ZMs, MFACP, and Repeater
Panel.
5. Access, Security and Intrusion System Including PBs, CRs, DCs…etc.
6. Public Address & Fire Announcement System.
7. Building Management System (BMS) & Motorizing Control Center (MCC).
8. Fire Fighting Systems (FM200/ CO2), Fire Fighting Pumps Control, and Fighting
Mechanism.
