CAREER OBJECTIVE:
To obtain a position as an Instrumentation Engineer where my skills and abilities will be
utilized to enhance the productivity of the organization.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Possess 5 years of professional experience in installing equipment for monitoring and
controlling engineering systems.
NOV 2015 TO CURRENT
Working as an Instrumentation Engineer in Al Fozan Group of Company from Nov 2015 to
Current, Jubail, KSA.
JULY 2011 TO AUG 2015
 M/S N.S Papers PVT. LTD. is in the field of paper making last18 years. They are making
three types of paper production. It has one DUPLEX board machine of capacity 250TPD
worked with ABB make Q.C.S. system and having Duplex Pulp mill. Second one is linear
Kraft Paper Machine having Capacity of 150TPD and third one is Agro Based Paper Machine
having Capacity of 150 TPD.
 It has own 14 MW Captive Power Plant Providing Electricity to Paper Industry. It has two
Turbine having Capacity of 8MW Operating with 50TPH Boiler of 64Kg/cm2 working
Pressure another Turbine having Capacity of 6MW Operating with 35TPH Boiler of
64Kg/cm2 working Pressure. All Systems are working with Allen Bradley DCS & Scada
System.
 I was working as an Instrumentation Engineer and having Experience in Installation
Commissioning & Maintenance of Industrial Instruments in M/s. N.S Papers PVT. LTD -
India from the period of JULY 2011 to AUG 2015, Having Integral team member of project
have carried out Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Controls & Instrumentation works &
Maintenance.
DESIGNATION: INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Installation, Commissioning, Calibration and Maintenance of pneumatic control valves, on
/off Valves, Positioner & Controllers (I/P, P/I, Regulators).

2.  Installation, Commissioning, Calibration and Maintenance of field instrument of Boiler and
Turbine.
 Installation, Commissioning, Calibration and Maintenance of Flow meters (electromagnetic,
orifice plate DP type).
 Installation, Testing and commissioning of Temperature measuring Instruments, Such as
Thermocouples, RTD.
 Installation, Commissioning, Calibration and Maintenance of Level transmitters, DPT,
Resistive & Capacitance type Transmitters of (Rosemount, Foxboro, ABB, Siemens,
Yokagawa)
 Installation, Maintenance and Servicing of all types of Gauges like Temperature, pressure etc.
 Loop check and trouble shooting for all the Field Instruments like pressure, Level, Flow and
Temperature Transmitters. Calibration and configuration the Instruments for commissioning
as per data sheet
 Experience on maintenance (preventive, breakdown, corrective) works on air compressor (
ELGI Screw Compressor E-45, E-30)
 Knowledge on Allen Bradley PLC, (RS LOGIX1000, RS LOGIX5000), Ladder Logic
Programming Functional block diagram (FBD).
 Skilled to read Engineering Drawings like Loop Diagrams, cause & effect diagram, P&ID
Drawings, Logic Diagram, Hook up drawings, cable schedules, cable layout diagram etc.
 Manpower planning and mobilization, material planning and its flow control, safety
coordination, attending safety and progress meeting, coordination with client permits.
Identify tools and test instruments required for performing various activities & prepare data
sheet for their procurement.
 Erection of all types of Instruments, Junction box, Cable laying termination as per drawing.
 Installation and Commissioning of Instruments (like PT, LT, FT, TT, All type of Switches,
T/C and RTD).
 Having Deeply Knowledge of Pressure Measurements, Temperature Measurements, Level
Measurements, Flow Measurements and Control Valves.
 Good knowledge of PLC, DCS and Steam and Condensate Cascade System.
 Good knowledge of Heat Detectors such as Fixed – Temperature Heat Detector, Rate to Rise
Compensated Fixed Temperature Detector, Rate of Rise Detector, Linear Heat Detector,
Combination Detector.
 Good knowledge of Smoke Detectors such as Ionization Smoke Detector, Photo Electric
Light – Scattering Smoke Detector, Photo Electric Linear Projected Beam Smoke Detector,

3. Air Sampling Smoke detector, Air Duct Type Smoke Detector, Radiant Energy sensing Fire
Detectors and Fire Alarm Control Panel.
