In the past of my life I ever have many dream boss ,Khun Marut ,Khun Somboon
and Khun Nantarat in Amr,asia they are good vision ,mission ,good advice and they let me
alway go training and improve my skill not only technical or technology knowledge but also
language and dancing no doubt that why the company that have only 50 person at that time

They are kind ,understanding and give me a chance to show the performance.Khun Tanakrit
in Bacom ,He has good vision and always asks me and my team to brainstorm and share
opinions and ideas .He also understands human and social life.The others also have a good
or bad point no one perfect.
In my opinion , The most important thing for a dream boss must have a good
vision and support me and my team to achieve our goal together .Should he/she have a
good experience and understanding in the business we are doing are preferred but not
important,just a sharing and hearing team is acceptable.My Boss should have a good
commitment not only to the team but to everyone and customer.Above are enough for me to
be my dream boss .I think no one perfect.However the perfect boss should have more in the
following,First The perfect boss should be the leader not a controller.set the target advice
and support team to achieve our goal .Second the perfect boss should be fair and of course
should always give me an opportunity to grow! Because, my growth is their growth.Third the
perfect boss should have a good EQ and stable mood.Fourth the perfect boss understands
that the company is the social of humans which they are different. Fifth, the perfect boss
should dare to change and know that changing is an opportunity not an obstacle.Sixth the
perfect boss should be flexible, let the team work with good performance and efficiency, not
a ruler.Seventh the perfect boss should dare to make the decision if not over their
power.Eighth the perfect boss should no the dirty game or office politics however if have
don’t ask team to join their party.Ninth the perfect boss should have art of assignment ,can
guideline and make sure that they can understand how to do and the result and push it to
the right man.Tenth the perfect boss should have art of compliment ,blame ,and
punishment. The last perfect boss should be coaching, supporting, pushing each team
member to success ,achieve their target and grow up in their way.
In summary ,No one is perfect so I do not expect that my boss will be the perfect
boss. However, if I am a boss I would alway try to improve myself to become a perfect boss
even if it is not possible but I will continue to try to improve and may ask my dream boss for
advice.
