3. Introduction
3D Internet is also known as virtual
worlds. Virtual world provide a mirror
life. Almost all in the real world can
be reproduced in the 3d internet. It is
a powerful new way for you to reach
consumers, business customers, CO
workers, partners, and students as it
use 3d graphics.
4. What is 3D internet?
Combination of two powerful forces
the internet
3D graphics
The result: interactive, real time 3D
graphics delivered over the web.
Images instead of Words......
New way to reach customers,
Partners, Students.
5. Why 3D Internet?
1. Interesting 3D shopping..
Easy Social Interactions...
3. To represent Interior
Designs effectively
4. Gaming made more
interesting
2. Gaming made more
interesting
6. How it Works ?
Using available virtual
platforms i.e. Second Life.
By using artificial intelligence.
Using 3d eyewear like Google
Glass.
Implementing Sixth-Sense
technology.
Using sensors.
7. World Server
It provide user side as well as server side. It also
provide static and dynamic content making up the
3d environment including avatar data media and
more to client program. It has the important task of
coordinating the co-existence of connected users
and initiating communication between them.
Avatar/Id Server:
This server maintain the virtual identity
management System.
Universe Location Server:
It maintain the virtual location management
system.
8. Technical Aspect :-
1. Web 3.0
2. Java Applet
3. Network that uses 3G technology
with maximum Bandwidth of upto 14.4
Mbps
4. HTTP (allows HTML files, scripts,
etc.. To be added and transmitted)
9. 3D Mouse:-
✓ Time saving
✓ Easy to handle
✓ Increase Design performance
✓ Sensitive controller cap
Vision Station.
• Display device in 3D Internet.
• Uses a Computer display technology.
• Provides 180 degrees of viewing
10. Advantages.
• More interactive.
• Reduced mouse movements.
• Simple yet effective representation.
• Increased speed of working.
Disadvantages.
• The limited effectiveness of traditional media techniques.
• Lack of an effective way for enabling people in virtual world.
• An inconsistent enabling in world participants to easily interact with a access
video, rich multimedia and web content.
11. Conclusion.
• Provided an overview of concept of 3D Internet.
• One venue that stands out for its ability to attract highly motivated
audience is the - 3D INTERNET.
• At this point of time we are facing an unique opportunity of evolution
of internet towards much more versatile, interactive and usable version
i.e. 3D INTERNET.
• There are still many research challenges on the way.
