Fantastic Customer Feedback Paul Hughes
It gets to the end of the day on Tuesday and I call TNT again to
make sure the collection had definitely happened. It had not
happened! At this point I got transferred to the failed collection
team and spoke to a man called Paul Hughes. Paul, was helpful
and apologetic and understanding of my frustration. After several
calls to him he arranged a free upgrade to a dedicated delivery.
Paul also called again on Wednesday morning to let me know the
time it was being collected and the estimated delivery time. This
was much appreciated.
