2. White Label Maintenance
We offer a full white label aftersales and maintenance service. End users
are your clients and, as with our other services, we act on your behalf
representing your company. You retain ownership of your customer and
NTI support them through your existing relationship. Standard cover is
provided Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 4 working hour response
for major faults and 16 working hour response for minor faults. We hold
our own extensive spares stock for all the systems we maintain, thereby
ensuring rapid resolution of raised faults.
