  What is your business (not technical) solution and how/why is it a better solution?

3.) Market Opportunity / Strategy
   How many people/companies are affected by this problem, what are they spending
today to overcome it, how much will they spend for your solution?

4.) Products / Technology
   What is your technology solution, what is your unfair technical advantage - your
"secret sauce"?

5.) Competitive Summary
  Who else is out there? What other competing solutions are there? How/why are
you better?

6.) Customers/Accomplishments
  Who has validated your solution? Who's buying it? Who's agreed to buy it?

7.) Business / Revenue Model
   How are you going to make money? How are you going to find customers, distribute
product, etc.?

8.) Management Team
  Who's on the team, what are their strengths, who will join the team once funded,
what skills are still missing from the team?

9.) Financials
   P&L (income statement), balance sheet and cash flow analysis for the next 3 to 5
years. When will you be cash flow positive? When do you become profitable? What is
the forecasted growth?

10.) Why Invest (or Why Buy)
  What is the investors ROI? How long? What risks?
