GetEducated.com, which is one of the longest
tenured online education directories in the U.S.
GetEducated was founded by an educator in 1989
as a print-based digest and migrated to an online
directory format in 1998. The site now receives
400-500K monthly visits through organic search.

Solution
The EMMA™ platform is a patent-pending mobile enrollment
solution that offers dynamic new communications opportunities
to institutions, white-labeled to mirror their existing templates and
processes. With EMMA, prospective students are provided
pathways built by artificial intelligence to interview, qualify and
advise them throughout the admissions process. EMMA
nurtures students from the very beginning of their online journey,
delivers retention tools to institutions through Term 1 and Term 2,
and, most importantly, serves as a powerful extension of in-house
admissions and enrollment teams.
EMMA was designed to enhance traditional enrollment processes
with revolutionary mobile innovations that combine new tools and
modalities with the communication preferences of today’s online
student. EMMA meets these student preferences while reducing
call center processes that have shown diminished effectiveness
and increased costs and compliance concerns over the last
decade.

Perdia’s Bundled Solutions suite offers an

9. Implementation Overview
Review and execution of Perdia’s
Master Service agreement
There are two engagement areas with your tech team:
• Discussions and testing of system integration with
your CRM and/or SIS
• Allocation of assets needed by Perdia to work on
your behalf (SIS log in / Email account)
The admissions office and the registrar will need to be briefed as to
the nature of our partnership, if for no other reason than to be aware
the work exists. Their processes are unlikely to change but there may
be some slight nuances as to processing online students that may
need further discussion in due diligence meetings.
• Consultation and approval of branded assets and communication
(share with Legal)
• Ongoing test performance tracking/evaluation of program
against benchmarks
• Consultation on processing of applicants, program admission
guidelines, and documentation collection
• Point of escalation for questions and clarification of policies as
they arise

10. Implementation
Following the assessment, Perdia begins
building content for EMMA™ and will develop
intelligent pathway structures within the
system configuration. Simultaneously,
Perdia’s team will engage in discussions with
NAME HERE’s technical team to outline and
create integration points with NAME HERE’s
student information system and CRM.
Following mutual agreement on system
content and integration, Perdia will initiate
marketing and recruitment campaigns, and
train recruitment staff on NAME HERE’s
programs, practices and procedures.
Implementation of Perdia’s Bundled Solutions is a simple
process led by Perdia. To facilitate EMMA™
implementation, we perform a 360-degree assessment
of your processes for working with potential students
through their first day in class. The assessment will cover:

11. Pricing
• Perdia Education offers its Bundled Solutions as a risk-free strategic
package. Perdia provides all marketing and technical support investment
upfront and SCHOOL NAME HERE incurs costs only once a new online
student enrollment is secured.
• Perdia performs through the lifetime of the student to ensure program
graduation. As such, Perdia’s fee is 50% of the tuition paid by the student
each semester through their time at SCHOOL NAME.
• Note that any additional fees and expenses charged by SCHOOL NAME are
exempt from tuition sharing. For example, online fees, books, room and
board, technology fees, etc. are all exempt from tuition sharing with Perdia.
• During the time of the contract with SCHOOL NAME HERE, Perdia will work
tirelessly on the institution’s behalf to recruit and enroll students, keep
enrolled students matriculating semester to semester, and help SCHOOL
NAME transform itself to attract and serve more online students.

12. Important Note
Our discussion today involves Perdia’s Bundled Solutions,
but EMMA™ can also be provided as a stand-alone mobile
enrollment platform. This may be a solution for SCHOOL
NAME to be used in conjunction with your own recruiting
efforts for both in-person and online students.
With the adoption of Perdia’s Bundled Solutions, you will
have a unique opportunity to view EMMA in action with
the students Perdia provides to the College. During this
time, you can evaluate how Perdia might fit with and
augment your current enrollment solutions.
Should you desire to license the technology as a separate
solution, we can discuss those terms at a later date.
However, it is important to note that as a
standalone/additional solution, EMMA is billed per student
download and registration of the mobile app – it is not a
tuition-share billing arrangement.
