2015 was a year of significant change in the Special Events program. 2015 saw record COW deployment volumes and the introduct ion
of the TSA. Pat led the South region through these changes and oversaw the largest regional COW deployment rollout in the program’s
history. Pat ledthe South region to successfully deploy 112 COW’s over 2015. Pat had0 Date Missed COW’s in 2015 which is a
tremendous accomplishment.
Pat established and maintaineda very positive working relationship with his key Sprint counterparts andinternal EMS teams that
allowed him to successfully deliver the solutions for the South region. Pat did a very good job keeping Sprint and internal EMS teams
informedof the current status of all South region projects. Pat has received very positive feedback on his role as the South region PM
from his Sprint sponsor team.
Continued focus on the project LOE and margin is needed to drive the LOE down and increase the overall margin. Overall, 2015 was a
successful year and Pat is to be credited for delivering a record number of COW’s.

maintaininga successful deployment event season foe his market areas but more specifically how he maintained an incredible working
relationship with everyone involved. Pat's ability to communicate across both with internal organizations and that with the customer was
exceptional. Building trust, and giving the confidence to deliver while recognizing and responding with appreciation where other groups
went that extra mile delivering excellent execution. From a core PM base Pat endured both data basing was maintainedand the financials
