High Intensity Outpatient Coordinator/LADC – Facilitate 15 hours of group weekly which follows a 12-
week curriculum. Revised and restructured the HIOP curriculum to be Person Centered, specific to
patients who participate in Medication Assisted Recovery, and interactive. Implemented and wrote
curriculums for 2 different Aftercare Program. One is 3 hours weekly and speaks to achieving goals and
returning to life as a person with an addiction rather than an addict. The other is Relapse Prevention and
continued learning to live without using chemicals. Handle client intakes and orientations. Write case

admission to program. Ensure that the treatment program provides quality clinical services for chemically
dependent adults with serious mental health issues. Lead weekly supervision meetings. Preform weekly
chart audits and review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Rule 31 guidelines. Provide

Addiction and Mental Health Counselor – State inpatient chemical dependency facility that provides
services for adult clients who have Co-occurring Disorders (MI/CD), Mental Illness and Chemical
Dependency. Clients’ court committed chemically dependent and/or mentally ill. Responsibilities include
identifying, implementing, and facilitating treatment plans and goals for clients, their families, and support
networks. Case management duties also entail group therapy sessions, lectures, individual counseling,
medical chart maintenance, diagnostics, and case notes. Coordinate with criminal justice system, county
social workers, and community services providers. Collaborate with health insurance providers for funding
and client health insurance. Other duties are training new counseling staff and teaching interns as well as
working on a training committee and performance improvement committee for all of the CARE facilities
