In May of 2011, I began providing and instructing classes for Arkansas Concealed 
Handgun Permits & Renewals. The classes are detailed and professorially presented. As 
an instructor, I have built a good reputation for my techniques as an instructor. I always 
ensure the proper handling and safe use of firearms. My responsibilities include: 
scheduling classes, writing lesson plans, and performing safety checks on the range. My 
experience includes: managing my own business, monitoring the progress of students and 
documenting results. I have handled corrective action for students which includes 
additional training, changes in training and/or operational procedures. Students with 
training deficiencies have found success with additional instruction from me. I have 
written, developed and helped in the revision of programs and course material within

2011. As plant supervisor Law Enforcement officers and military personnel were under 
my supervision and trained by me. My job required extensive out-of-state travel each 
month. My job required working with a diverse population that included various races, 
ethnicities with varying socioeconomic backgrounds. I sold ammunition and other re-loading 
components such as brass casing and projectiles. I used my years of experience to 
help others learn how to manufacture ammunition. As a result of decades of management 
experience, I am considered an expert in small arms ammunition and ballistics.

For six years I served as Sheriff for White County, which is the second largest County in 
Arkansas which then had a population of approximately 70,000. During my elected terms 
as Sheriff, I maintained this department on a budget of 3.5 million dollars while staying 
within my appropriated budget. I planned, scheduled and implemented all types of 
investigations. While I was Sheriff I instructed many hours of classes in Basic Law 
Enforcement. I oversaw all Pistol and Rifle courses and qualifications within my 
Department. I introduced the White County Sheriffs Department to Combat Shooting 
Techniques such as Center Axis Re-lock. I have an excellent working knowledge of the 
demands of law enforcement training and the liability as related to the public. 
White County Elected Official

As Gray Township Constable I provided Law Enforcement services to residents within 
my elected township. I provided assistance within the White County Jail. When 
requested, I assisted local, County and State Police Officers within the Township. While I 
was a Constable I served as Bailiff, I provided assistance to the City, County, District, 
and Circuit Courts. I had the responsibility of helping to legally serve all of the court 
papers and warrants issued by the Courts.
