4. Who and what will be included?
All employees (excluding some shop floor operatives)
For each person the following information will be included
Name (First name, surname)
Location (Site)
Department (e.g Finance, Production etc)
Job Title (defined by Site Manager)
Manager (selected from phone book and defined by Site Manager)
Office phone number
Mobile phone number (optional)
Photo (optional)
Email address (Can also be personal for people not in GW)
5. How much will it cost?
Utilising some free software from Novell called eGuide this
will be a zero capital and zero maintenance cost application
