Coba Education was created as a business
within the Coba Resourcing Group and
represents the largest segment of our
organisation.
Our vision is to provide a teacher
recruitment service in the Middle East
region which operates to the same
standards of compliance and vetting as our
highly successful UK operation.

We currently recruit school inspectors for
education governing bodies and provide
experienced inspectors from multiple
curriculums and languages.
In addition to teachers and inspectors Coba
provides support staff and cover supervisors.
We adhere to a thorough screening process
that has been laid out by the Recruitment and
Employment Confederation in the UK. We
apply the highest professional practice and
safeguarding practices in relation to children.
We provide supply teachers on a contingency
basis to cover for staffing shortfalls.
