In my role of a lecturer at Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management
College (LRJJ) in Shanghai, China, I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with
Mr. Paolo Borgiallo by teaching him the Principles of Hospitality Marketing as well as
being the class coach of the Post Graduate Diploma I (PGDI) class which he is a
member.
Paolo has been an extraordinary student. Throughout his course work, he has
proved to be highly intelligent participant who demonstrates excellent study,
organisation and time management skills that have allowed him to master all the
class work and achieve very high marks in his academic programme. I found
Mr. Borgiallo to be a class leader and to take and successfully perform the
responsibility of a class delegate for the PGDI class this quarter. His conscientious
efforts and cooperation in doing professional, high-quality work are much appreciated
and his classmates respect him as a valuable contributor.
Mr. Borgiallo is not only exceptional in his academic studies, but also very much
involved in the social activities of our college. Recently he was a part of the team
which organized and successfully conducted 'LRJJ Got Talent' event that took place
on October zs" 2014. Paolo also attends several student clubs. For his academic
and social achievements Paolo was selected for the 'Student of the Month' award in
September 2014.
Paolo has the tools of knowledge, dedication and determination to use very
effectively both in the classroom and in the workplace. I willingly recommend him to
your organization and believe that having him among the students will be highly
beneficial for you.
Please consider this loyal, smart, and hardworking young man, and provide him
with the opportunity to continue his hospitality education at your establishment.
