You can find the
groups you are
subscribed on the
bottom-left part of
outlook
If you should not be
on a group or want to
unsubscribe, you can
do it easily by clicking
the „Following“ tab
and select unfollow
or leave the group

If you would like to join a group, you can simply right click on
„Groups“ and select „Browse Groups“.
Then just type the name of the group and click „Join“

message to a group, you
can find them on the
Global Address List. Or
click on „New
Conversation“ while you
are on the group.

need to wait for approval to be part of
them. While other groups are public and
you will join immediately after you request
access.

Simply choose to upload either a file or a folder
and inform your team-members that it will be
found in the shared docs of the group.
You can share files within the group by
selecting “Files” on the Ribbon
