Objective

Summary of Experience
• 18+ years of experience as a Pipeline (Piping) Principle Designer.
• Design and Drafting of Overall Route map, Plot Plan for overall area, General Arrangement drawings for
Pig Launcher and Receiver, Right of Way drawings for Site construction, Typical crossing drawings (like
Road, OHL, Sabkha, U/G & A/G Pipeline and U/G Cable) for pipelines, Detailing of Trench for Pipeline
construction and Detailing of Well head drawings.
• Preparation of Pipeline Plan & Profile / Alignment Sheets based on the Topographical Survey drawings, we
make Smooth curve of the Pipeline by Cut & Fill method and Developing Engineering Data as per the
Design Basis by using software like AutoCAD.
• Preparation of Centreline marking to fix feasible route of the Trunkline, Lateral line and Flow line of the
Pipeline in the Overall route map without any struggle as per the Site Visit.
• Design and Drafting of, Piping Plot plan, Equipment layout and Isometric drawings by using various
software like AutoCAD. (PDMS working knowledge only)
• Preparation of Material take-off and part list for Piping and Pipelines.
• Making Isometric Drawings for all the site routing lines and Steam tracing as per site condition & Making
As – Built Drawing for all Piping Isometric, P&ID’s, Piping Plan Drawing.
• To assist the assigned personnel on developing their activities, Provide Technical assistance
to Drafting team / Designers to solve possible discrepancies Drawings, Specifications, to
ensure adequate flow of information within the drafting team & uniformity / Quality in
design, drafting team & Checking Isometric Drawings etc.
• Marking weld map on Piping Isometric and marking the field joints for shop fabrication and erection of
pipe spools.
• Raising technical query of discrepancies in piping/mechanical works as per site condition and getting
advice from engineering division. Preparing Inch dia. calculation for piping department.
• Preparing Storage tanks, Vessels, Offshore containers, various types of baskets, cylinder racks, tool racks,
skids for various offshore equipment’s/ tools to the requirements.
• Making the Rigging & Lift Study for unloading & erection of all the Equipment’s & Stacks by drawing the
crane, the equipment to be erected, existing equipment’s, existing structure, existing foundation in the
plot plan in scale, to avoid fouling while lifting for erection.

Puthur-Sirkali. (Tamil Nadu) in INDIA. (1991-1994)
Educational Qualification: ・ Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination from Board of
