Pablo Alvarez has experience mentoring and tutoring high school students through various programs. He has worked as a student mentor and tutor for the Chicago GEAR UP Alliance from 2013 to 2015, providing academic and career support. Alvarez also has volunteer experience from a political campaign in 2011-2012 and worked as a youth leader mentoring incoming freshmen at Instituto Health Sciences Career Academy in 2010-2011.
