Why Us?
Kitchen Connections established in 2003, recruits exceptional Senior Chefs
nationwide. Sister company Management Connections recruits senior
Managers across the hospitality sector. Both are supported by Temporary
Connections who supply vetted and experienced interim personnel.
All practices operate nationally from the heart of the country, supplying specialist
recruitment services to the Catering Industry. Our range of expertise covers

The Process We Follow
When looking at our points of difference it is clear to see how our services and the quality
of delivery surpass both Client and Candidate expectations.
We have summarised our key processes as follows:
• Candidates are registered and telephone interviewed to establish their reasons for looking
at the job market and their personal requirements i.e. salary, location, challenge etc.
• Candidate CV’s are vetted and put into a common style
• Candidate CV’s are re-written and improved to provide the client with the relevant
information required for interview.
• Candidates whose details match the criteria of Client vacancies and have been selected
for Client Interview are first Interviewed by a Connections consultant (where
required)
• Prior to a Candidate attending a Client Interview a briefing pack is given on the vacancy
and the Candidate is assessed against that brief.
• When retained a detailed interview report is prepared from the first interview process and supplied
to the Client prior to an agreement of second interview with the Hiring Manager.
• No more than four Candidates are recommended for Client interview against each
vacancy.
• Clients and Candidates are de-briefed following the interview, and feedback
provided to both.
• Assistance with the offer process can be given if required, to ensure a successful
conclusion.

Candidate Driven & Client Focused
We have an obligation to provide candidates with new opportunities for
stimulation and challenge. The environment must encourage growth and
improvement and the people must have a common goal. Our role is to identify the
best route for candidates to take to realise dreams and sometimes even to help
identify what these dreams can be given the best opportunity available
(we provide career management expertise to those candidates who require
advice on their interview technique, CV or career path). In order to do this we must
