  Company Presentation Company Profile •DCC International was founded in 2004 through the initiative of a sole trader DCC International turned into a limited company in 2009, approaching the international market rapidly with strong innovative and competitive spirit. DCC has its main offices in Switzerland, Lugano area, acting however as European Service Provider. • In addition to „Digital Content Services“ (localization and translation services) we support private and public institutions, small and medium enterprises as well as large ones to design and deploy digital content across the complete publishing lifecycle. DCC also provides change management services, training and support to end users in all phases of implementation of an ERP project.   Services Fit-Gap Analysis Fit-Gap Analysisis an important component in the Project life cycle in an SAP Project. As such we provide support to decision makers, key users to carrying out effectively this activity within the due time line. We follow the methodology of our customers (ASAP, Hermes etc) with the competence of professional technical writers for most effective results. Business Blueprint Definition Basing on the results and technical documentation of previous step we support technical teams, configuration experts, developers and project stakeholders with the support to define the Business Blueprint document, with a high in depth degree of details. On request, we also support the technical teams in the realization phase of an SAP project by carrying out the necessary configuration activities. Educational and Consulting Services: In large implementations of Netweaver ERP SAP systems we provide services from Project Management Support to Functional Analysis, as well as Technical Writing, definition of end-user training material, the delivery of training to end users. In the roll-out phases of the projects, we support Key Users and Business Process Owners in the creation of test scripts and other related activities.
