Education: Since 1997, the Oak View Elementary School test
score have increased from 421 to 760.
Health: The childhood obesity rate has dropped from 38
percent to 23.6 percent.
Housing: The average household size in the community is 5.8
Public Safety: Crime has increased from 239 crimes per 10,000
people in 2007, to 436 crimes in 2011
