4. The effects and benefits
• Meditation is essentially a tool that enables me to practice mindfulness. The
essence of mindfulness is becoming more aware, more present in the world that
we live in. By becoming more aware, I am less distracted by random thoughts and
this has made a great impact on my life.

6. My presentation at Global Village
• I gave a lecture on the subject of positive thinking and mindfulness
meditation in the program Global Village at Lehigh university to about
50 students and faculty members. This is a subject that made a very
big difference in my life and hopefully it can improve the life of others
as well
