commissioned by the Government of India administration against
the victims of gang rapes and illicit sex trade and free all of them
across India with reference to (W.P.(Crl.) 137/2021-PIL &
W.P.(Crl.) 242/2021) before Supreme Court of India-reg.

Sir/Madam,
1. That petitioner is om Prakash S/O Late Deep Narayan
Poddar, age about 48 years, husband of Rina Kumari age about 44
years and father of Shriya Poddar age about 17 years R/O RZF-
893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New
Delhi-110077 and R/O Asha Deep Niwas, Shukkar Hat, Sonaili,
P.S. Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar-855114
2. That the applicant has received a phone call from jammer
services 0612-22294158 (Patna region) at around 12:50 pm
while he was busy in publishing his daily Ground zero report.
3. That the applicant has noticed behavior change indicators at
Katihar Railway Station after the complaint against delinquent
behavior of Katihar administration. It requires only strong
WILL power of Government of India to eradicate this curse
from the society..
4. That there might be many more victims of gang rapes and
illicit sex trade that are voiceless and communications less
across India and globe. They are equally in need of social work
intervention as well as responsive administrative intervention
across country and across globe.
5. That the applicant requests Director General of Police and
Commissioners of police of all states and Union territories to
free the victims of gang rapes and illicit sex trade in their
respective states and union territories and submit the medical
examination report of Victims of Gang Rapes before the court
of law after their arrest, as there is a possibility of damaging
their sexual health, reproductive health, removal of their uterus,
forceful family planning, injecting HIV Virus and Sexually

2. Transmitted Infections (STI) into their bodies, Injecting
inappropriate drugs for causing impotency or any other non-
treatable deadly diseases into their bodies by the inhumane,
criminal minded sex abusers and human traffickers.
6. Hence, STOP SEXUAL ABUSE OF VICTIMS AS IT IS
AGAINST THE PRINCIPLE OF SOCIAL WORK AND
RULE OF LAW AND rescue all victims and their families and
their minor children from the clutches of state, NGOs, mafia
and Indian defense Organizations.
7. Direct to Register an F.I.R against the accused under relevant
sections of IPC.
