Court of India to shut the mouth of Petitioner against
International Sex Racket sustained by the State-reg.
Hon’ble Sir,
1. That under signed is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep
Narayan Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas,
Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District Katihar,
Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj
Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner-
in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ Petition
(Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No.
66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ
Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme
Court of India.
2. That Registry of Supreme Court of India has raised new
defects on 14.10.2022 beyond the preview of order dated

26.09.2022.
3. That petitioner has replied back against the new defects of
registry on 17.10.2022 in the form of I.A no. 157294/2022 for
seeking leave to file written arguments.
4. That petitioner is putting up at the Shelter Home, DUSIB
Code no.214 near Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi since 21.09.2022 in
miserable condition and restless to go back home, therefore
requesting to list the direction matter W.P. Criminal Diary No.
18546/2022 before Chamber Judge for office order urgently.
5. That Petitioner usually takes his meal at the Sai Baba Dhaba
situated at Uttam Nagar and R.K.Puram bus stop at Anand
Vihar ISBT Delhi.
6. That on 06.11.2022 at around 15:30pm petitioner was
served with a poisonous lunch. Petitioner has registered his
grievances against abnormal activity of Dhaba staff. A piece of
sleeper is being identified in the meal on 6.11.2022 which has
been shown to the Dhaba staff on the spot.
7. That thereafter, Petitioner had continuous lose motion near
about 8 to 10 times accompanied by severe vomiting. Coward

Union of India and Supreme Court of India have given a call
through suspicious phone number 9911896394 at around
23:40pm dated 06.11.2022 to enquire about whether the
petitioner is still alive or dead?
8. That Petitioner did not call 102 because team of doctors is
being used in this sex racket.
9. That petitioner is expediting his court matter in Delhi to
recover his never seen 17 year old minor daughter from the
clutches of Sex Abusers State.
10. Hence, petitioner requests you to take the cognizance against
the cowardice activity of Union of India and Supreme Court of
India to shut the mouth of Petitioner against International Sex
Racket sustained by the State.
