Whistle Blower father of victim minor daughter and wife being thrashed and beaten by the sex abusers (state & mafia) in protest of gang rape of his wife and minor daughter in front of his own eyes.

Sub: Mob lynching of petitioner (W.P.(Crl.) 137/2021-PIL) by the
nexus of State and Mafia sex abusers of his wife and minor
daughter on 11th
May night at 2:30 am
Sir/Madam,
1. After submitting series of applications dated 7th
May, 8th
May, 9th
May, 10th
May 2022 and 11th
May 2022 to the state
to register an F.I.R against the sex abusers of his wife and
minor daughter for handing over them to the petitioner
immediately, delinquent State officials did not pay any
attention to the petitioner’s request rather escalated gang
rape organizing marriage ceremony or any other erotic
ceremony in front of his house every night.
2. That on 11th
night again the marriage ceremony organized by
the nexus of state and mafia along with Gupta Community in
front of his house.
3. At around 2:00 AM gang rape with vulgar songs started
amidst electricity and light this time. Videography was also
done by the nexus of state and International mafia.
4. The sex abusers will underground or traffic the minor and
pushed her into the business of prostitution and illicit sex
trade till the age of 21 and thereafter will declare her
marriage legal in public.
5. Petitioner protested against the ill practices of the nexus of
delinquent state and International mafia on 11th
May 2022
night at 2:00 AM. In retaliation of protest, petitioner is being
thrashed by the crowd of the sex abusers (state& mafia) and
beaten badly with shoes and frisk on head and mouth
causing injury and severe pain in his right ribs. Snatched his
golden chain and money worth Rs. 10,000/-. Broken his
sleepers and shirts.

2. 6. Petitioner did not approach police for Medico legal case
because DGP Bihar’s control room is involved in this matter.
7. Petitioner does not have any faith in the delinquent state
machinery therefore writing it to the Hon’ble Chief Justice
of India for immediate stern action against the insensitive
and delinquent state agency towards the vulnerable section
of the society (women & Children).
8. Petitioner’s house does not have any electricity therefore
writing it from the Head Quarter Katihar, 24 km away from
his village sonaili.
9. Afterwards Petitioner will approach hospital for availing
medical services in Katihar and shall submit it to the
Hon’ble Court later.
10.That the situation is alarming and tense, hence praying for
your kind intervention in this matter.
