1. That under signed is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep
Narayan Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas,
Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District Katihar,
Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj
Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner-
in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ Petition
(Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No.
66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ
Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme
Court of India.
2. That State is exercising delaying tactics to break the
petitioner down as well as the victims to suppress the Gang

Rape and Life and liberty matter W.P. (Criminal) Diary No.
18546/2022 since 31.05.2021 and thereafter since 7.06.2022.
3. That Petitioner has e-filed 10 legal documents on 7.6.2022,
82 Additional legal documents till 13.11.2022 in Writ Petition
(Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme Court of
India.
4. That Petitioner has physically filed 9 legal documents till
17.10.2022 Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022
before Supreme Court of India.
5. That physically filed Legal document dated 1.11.2022 is
disputed, which has been filed by someone else to suppress the
matter. A complaint against the same has been e-filed on
9.11.2022.
6. That Supreme Court of India and Union of India is showing
insensitiveness towards the Gang Rape and Life and liberty
matter since 22.06.2022. The barbaric act of State is continued
against the petitioner as well as against the victims since 18
years.
7. That Petitioner’s all family members have been killed by

the Sex abusers and Sex racketeers State and petitioner has been
reduced to a single survivor now. Petitioner has conveyed this
message to Mr.Chandranmv, Branch Officer Listing Chamber
matter over his telephone 011-23115931 on 12.11.2022 and
urged from him for urgency of listing this matter before
Chamber Judge on 14.11.2022.
8. That petitioner is putting up at the Shelter Home, DUSIB
Code no.214 near Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi since 21.09.2022 in
miserable condition and restless to go back home, therefore
pursuing his matter with registry staff to list the matter W.P.
Criminal Diary No. 18546/2022 before Chamber Judge for
office order urgently.
9. Hence, petitioner requests you to show the sensitiveness to
