Hon’ble Sir,
1. That under signed is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep
Narayan Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas,
Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District Katihar,
Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj
Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner-
in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ Petition
(Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No.
66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ
Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme
Court of India.
2. That Registry of Supreme Court of India has raised new
defects on 14.10.2022 beyond the preview of order dated

26.09.2022.
3. That petitioner has replied back against the new defects of
registry on 17.10.2022 in the form of I.A no. 157294/2022 for
seeking leave to file written arguments.
4. That petitioner has not filed any I.A no. 164340/2022 and
Letter no. 164346/2022 dated 01.11.2022 at 15:32pm which has
been WRONGLY entered by Shri Sahender Kumar Petitioner –
in-Person filing counter employee at Supreme Court of India.
5. That however, Petitioner has called Shri Sahender Kumar
and Branch Officers of section 1B, section 1B Extension and
Section X over telephone on 1.11.22 to list the Gang Rape
matter urgently before Chamber Judge. Petitioner has again
cross verified the same through Shri Sahender Kumar over
telephone on 9.11.22, he replied back that some documents
have come to him on 30.10.2022 in the name of petitioner
which has been entered on 1.11.22; while petitioner has
clarified that he has neither e-filed nor physically filed any
documents on 30.10.2022.
6. That petitioner is putting up at the Shelter Home, DUSIB
Code no.214 near Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi since 21.09.2022 in

miserable condition and restless to go back home, therefore
pursuing his matter with registry staff to list the direction
matter W.P. Criminal Diary No. 18546/2022 before Chamber
Judge for office order urgently.
7. That on 06.11.2022 at around 15:30pm petitioner was
served with a poisonous lunch thereafter suspicious call came
from phone number 9911896394 at around 23:40pm dated
06.11.2022 to enquire about whether the petitioner is alive or
dead. The same has been informed to National Human Rights
Commission at New Delhi and Hon’ble Chief Justice of India at
Supreme Court of India at New Delhi dated 07.11.2022.
8. That petitioner is expediting his court matter in Delhi to
recover his never seen 17 year old minor daughter from the
clutches of Sex Abusers State.
9. Hence, petitioner requests you to take the cognizance against
this act of Supreme Court of India employee to shut the mouth
of Petitioner against International Sex Racket sustained by the
State.
