Hon'ble Sir,
I am Om Prakash Poddar, S/O Late Sh. Deep Narayan
Poddar R/O Sonaili, Near Durga Mandir, Shukar
Hatt, Katihar, Bihar-855114 need your kind
attention towards the Divorce suit no.H.M.A.
700/2010 pending before Principal Judge, Ms Deepa
Sharma, Family Court, Dwarka Court, New Delhi.
As per the reliable sources, I came to know that
the respondent's father Mr. S.N. Poddar,
Assistant Manager (RC), Marketing Division,
Indian Oil Corporation, Barauni Installation,
Begusarai, Bihar had requested you to intervene
in the above case.
Hon'ble sir, he is a fraud and criminal person.

2. He has turned my house into symmetry ground. We
are two member families. He has killed my
diabetic handicapped father and planning to kill
my old age asthmatic mother in the similar
fashion as he had killed my father. I have been
kept house arrest for 7 years virtually. My life
has been made miserable. I am facing “Wrath of
Judicial Terrorism” since the inception of this
case. Court proceedings have been stopped on
30th
May 2011, just for one case and the
petitioner (Om Prakash Poddar) has been alleged
for adjournment of the court. I have been stopped
to file my ex- parte evidence on 1st
August, 2011
as the next date of hearing has been fixed on
7th
September, 2011. Principal Judge is waiting
for 1 year for WS filing by the respondent. My
democratic rights have been crushed repeatedly by
the Principal Judge in Delhi. I have taken the
help of President of India’s helpline, RTI and
Delhi Legal Service Authority.
Since you happen to be the founder of Delhi
Judicial Academy and Mediation center’s in Delhi
it becomes prerogative for me to inform you about
the fact of this case.
