 Organization and time management was displayed in Food and Industrial microbiology.
Experiment on raw cheese from a cow and processed evaporated milk was carried out to
determine the sample with the highest microbial load. The steps in this process involved
time management and organisation to obtain the optimum result.
 I demonstrated effective communication skill during laboratory work in molecular
biology and biotechnology. This was displayed during the extraction of DNA from a
microorganism in order for success to be achieved.
 Carried out data analysis, evaluation and interpretation while working on a project on
Hepatitis B virus. The experiment was performed using ELISA kit to detect the presence
of HBV in the provided blood samples. The data from the result was analysed, evaluated
and interpreted in a report.
