3. HOUSING
The purpose of the project is to create and arrange permanent
housing for Ukrainians who have lost their home
● Purchased furniture and items for 147 dormitories for
dormitories in Berezan and Voznesensk
● A game room and a room for online work in the Berezan
dormitory have been arranged
● A children's and sports area is installed near a dormitory in
Berezan

The purpose of the project is to equip hospitals, social
institutions, residents of Ukraine with the necessary medical
equipment, medicines and means of emergency support of
medical institutions.
● 8 grants were provided to community funds for the
implementation of medical projects in communities
● Purchased and transferred medical equipment and
medicines for 10 hospitals
● Hospitals increased the number of patients

5. Financiad Aid for
Families
The purpose of the project is the financial assistance of families
affected by Russian aggression, namely in the occupied territory,
lost housing, have been displaced.
● Financial Support in the amount of 3470 UAH for 166
families
● Young people are involved in joint raising funds to assist
children in Kherson region, assistance for 10 families.

6. Give the power to
local NGOs
The goal of the project is to promote localization and reduction
of bureaucracy, to change the approach to financing and support
of Ukrainian society by international NGOs
● 370+ signatures were collected under an open letter to
donors and international NGOs
● 1 round table and 1 international panel were held as part
of the project

7. Youth Banks of
Initiatives (MBI)
The purpose of the project is to develop youth activism and
volunteering in communities. The topic of the program in 2022
concerned humanitarian aid.
● provided 15 grants on youth initiatives
● A conference for MBI teams was held
● 2 methodological materials have been developed to improve
MBI work

8. Development of CF
of Ukraine
The purpose of the project is to support services to strengthen
the impact of the activities of communities of Ukraine
● A conference with the participation of 12 community funds
was held
● Developed a strategy of expanding the network of community
fund funds
● Expressed interaction between community funds
● Involved in cooperation with the funds of additional partners

9. Administrative Capacity
● Team 8 people: MBI coordinator, open letter
manager, MedAid special fund manager,
PR-manager, SMM manager, fundraiser,
accountant.
● Set up Google tools to work team
● Got a grant and connected Google Ads
● Improved the grant feed system through our
site
● Connected a new fund raising system
● 4 stable partnership with media

10. Prepared for 2023:
● Signed Agreement with Shelter Box Trust
for the distribution of humanitarian aid with
a total value of 660,000 USD. The project
involves 10 community funds.
● Approved project with Women’s Peace
and Humanitarian Fund to implement
women's business support and leadership
development among women. The project
budget is 10.3 million UAH
● Receiver grant from Global Giving for the
implementation of the Grant Competition
Community Foundations — Welfare Guards.
The purpose of the competition is an
ambulance in solving humanitarian
problems.
