2. At the start of the root canal, a pulpectomy had earlier been
performed to relieve pain on a previously filled lower right first
molar. Here we see the tooth with a temporary filling partially

3. For safety and asepsis, a rubber dam was applied and the canals
explored and negotiated to the anatomic apex. A working length
verification x-ray was taken.

4. After rotary filing with Sybron Endo TF files and a crown down
technique, the master gutta percha fillings were tried in and a
verification x-ray taken.

5. The roots were successfully obturated (filled) to the anatomic
apices and a resin crown core build-up performed.

6. The tooth was successfully crowned with a Full Milled Zirconium
crown, which shows excellent marginal seal. The tooth is without
pain and fully functional.
