OTB Eveling, a law firm based in Exeter, had a busy autumn completing several high-profile corporate transactions in the local area. These included the sale of Hentland Limited, a fire and security services provider, to Marlow plc for up to £7.6 million. OTB Eveling also represented parties in the sale of Henshaw Inflatables, a marine equipment manufacturer, and Woodbury Park Hotel & Golf Club, a 248-acre property. Corporate partner James Eveling commented that the firm's corporate team has had an excellent few months working with local businesses on transactions and will look to expand further in 2017 by bringing in Annelie Carver.

The Corporate Team at OTB Eveling have had an extremely busy autumn period,
completing numerous high profile local transactions. This includes acting on:
October 2016
 The sale of Hentland Limited to Marlow plc in a transaction that had a total enterprise
value of up to £7.6million. Hentland operates nationally from headquarters in Bodmin,
employs around 100 staff and provides fire protection and security services to over 1,800
customers across numerous sectors. James Eveling led the transaction with support from
Emma Thomas and Tracyann Tweedie.
 The sale of Henshaw Inflatables to Wing Inflatables plc for an undisclosed sum.
Henshaw Inflatables is long standing and a leading global manufacturer of RIB Collars
and other inflatable products for the marine industry. The transaction was led by James
Eveling with support from Rebecca Roberts.
November 2016
 The sale of Woodbury Park Hotel & Golf Club to Clubco Limited (operators of 11 other
golf clubs nationally). Woodbury Park is a substantial 248 acre site consisting of two golf
courses and a hotel and leisure complex. Partners Keith Biggs and James Eveling led
the transaction, supported by Rebecca Roberts and Charlotte Curtis. Members of the
OTB Eveling team were able to use their extensive knowledge and expertise in the
leisure industry to help ensure the transaction went through smoothly.
 The sale of Toptrack Learning Limited to HarperCollins. Rebecca Roberts of OTB Eveling
acted for the principle seller of Exeter based Toptrack Learning, Toptrack are the
providers of language learning applications that are used in more than 1,200 schools and
institutions in the UK and overseas.
