•2 medium green papaya
•1 medium carrots
•1 small red/green/yellow bell pepper
•1 small ginger
•1 medium red onion
•2 cups white vinegar
•1 teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon powder black pepper
•1 cup of water
•3 cups of washed sugar
•1 small pack of raisins (optional)

ingredients in a
running water.

of peeler or knife.

julienne cut for

seeds of green papaya
and shredded it with
the use of grater.

green papaya for 2-3
hours in a 1 cups of
water and 3 teaspoon
of salt to remove the

papaya twice and make

12. COOKING 1.Get a pan and turn on the stove in
a medium heat.
2. Pour the 2 cups of vinegar, 1 cup
of water and 3 cups of washed
sugar.
3. Mix well and bring it to boil.
4. Once it starts boiling, lower the
heat then put the onions, ginger,
black pepper, salt, bell pepper,
carrots and the green papaya.
5. Simmer it for 10 mins.
6. Transfer in a bowl and let it cool.
