4. Reflection is more than just thinking; it concentrates on both the
institutional frameworks in which teachers and students operate as well as
the day-to-day classroom instruction of the particular instructor. Kemmis
(1986) provided the following definition of reflection:
Reflection is a psychological process that involves many people. Locating
oneself in a situation's past, engaging in social engagement, and picking a
side on issues are all action-oriented, historically ingrained, social, and
political frames. Moreover, the historical and social context in which
reflection operates provides us with additional material. Through
reflection and the action it inspires, we can change the social ties that
define our job and the environment in which we work.
8. The definition of teacher professional
development is defined as the process through
which instructors learn, how they learn to learn,
and how they put their knowledge into practice
to support students' learning (Postholm ; 2012).
Activities that enhance a person's ability,
knowledge, competence, and other qualities as
a teacher are often referred to as professional
development.

11. The majority of educators concur that effective teachers always seek to enhance
their own teaching methods and students' academic performance. It's not enough to
simply be a good instructor. Dedicated to improving as educators, good instructors
are continuously looking to grow. The key to developing as a teacher and learner is
reflection, which is a crucial part of the process of inquiry and growth.
