Viscon Logistics Control is the one company in the Viscon Group that is 100% about software. A 100% focus on intelligent software designs to
connect our equipment to our customers resource planning software.
The Viscon Logistics Control (VLC) software manages material handling processes and communicates with our customers’daily management.
VLC prioritizes appointed products, ensures traceability and controls warehouses. It can also collect, manage and store the data coming from
the material handling processes for re-use or track & trace purposes.
The development and maintenance of Viscon Logistics Control is done by Viscons own team of dedicated professionals, therefore the system
can be customized to customers plans and wishes. The VLC software can seamlessly be connected to the customers already existing software,

Viscon Hatchery Automation specializes in all equipment from egg reception to chick delivery in a hatchery. Since specializing in this process
in the late 90’s we rapidly developed to become the biggest producer and specialist in this area of expertise. We have supplied many systems
to hatcheries worldwide, from standalone machinery to the world’s largest turnkey projects.
Viscon Hatchery Automation provides the most innovative techniques, very smart & simple layouts and the most hygienic solutions!
Within the hatchery of today an efficient, continuous and hygienic production process is crucial to ensure profitability and product

Viscon Group has been aiming to take the lead in innovative techniques in hatchery automation since the end of the last century.This resulted
in the establishment of our company ‘Vinovo’. This company provides the latest revolutionary techniques on hatchery automation. Vinovo
introduces the Select Line, a product line that revolutionises the process of egg handling in the transfer area of a hatchery. The Select Line
consists of three innovative machines: the Vinovo Live Embryo Detection, the Vinovo Select Inject and the Vinovo Select Transfer.
The Vinovo Live Embryo Detection accurately indicates every egg with a living embryo by using a patented heart beat sensor.
The eggs without a living embryo are classified as infertile, early dead, or late dead embryos. Based on this information only the
living eggs are selectively handled during vaccination and transfer, leaving the unwanted eggs untouched for further processing
in a separate waste room. This creates a more hygienic environment in the transfer area and helps prevent bacterial contamination.
The next step in the Select Line is in-ovo vaccination. The Vinovo Select Inject enhances the accuracy of injection and delivery of the correct
vaccine dose in the proper egg compartment by re-positioning only “the living eggs” in perfect perpendicular position under the injection
tooling. Also this reduces the risk of damage to eggs & embryos in case eggs would be positioned obliquely in the setter tray.
Directly after injection the Vinovo Select Transfer unit only transfers the selected eggs to the hatcher baskets by use of a patented gripper
instead of traditional vacuum naps. This prevents negative-pressure inside the eggs and further reduces the risk of cross contamination.
Vinovo supplies the unique Select Line, which creates a healthier environment, better hygiene and more efficient vaccination results.

Viscon Hydroponics is a sustainable cultivation system where the growth of crops ensures an increase in production capacity and a decrease
in production costs. Due to a more efficient use of the available growing space and automation simplification of a part of the labour, the
investment in Viscon Hydroponics pays itself back within a few years.
Unique to the Viscon Hydroponics system is the possibility to adjust the crop spacing multiple times during the cultivation without disrupting
the growth. The fact that it is possible to increase production by 100% without increasing the production area is partly realized because of
this spacing.
Beside the ability to space, crops are growing faster using deep water culture. First because of light reflection and secondly because of the
microclimate around the leaves; this microclimate is dry and clean which reduces fungal growth and experiences so far has learned that

oxygen and nutrients. With this microclimate and closed growing system, plants can grow, basically ‘on their own’. With this

growing plants in a conventional greenhouse.
With the ViVi growing system the future is here. A fully automated system in which anyone can grow young plants, anywhere on the planet,

The ViVi growing method has captured most of its technology in the innovative semi-closed packagings in which the plants are grown. The
