Due to an expand in its commercial activity during the last year, Nukon Bulgaria EOOD decided to take the next step and built a new base with 3 floor x 300m²
each and a 500 m² training center. In our facilities, our customers will have the opportunity to see our machine models in the showroom, to test the working
process of the machine in our production and storage base. The next planned step for us it to make an additional construction to our base which estimates
1 750m².

fiber laser cutting machine and CO2 laser
Power: 3kW CO2 Fiber Laser
Laser System
Laser based on a gas mixture in which light is ampli-
fied by carbon dioxide molecules.
Diode Pumped Laser with a doped fiber as gain
medium where most of the laser module is made
of fiber.
Reflectivity
CO2 lasers are less effective for cutting highly reflec-
tive materials, since much of the beam is reflected
back towards the source and not abSsorbed by the
substrate. As a result, higher power levels are required
for cutting as compared to fiber lasers.
Much less power is required for cutting reflective
materials like aluminum or copper since more of
the laser energy is absorbed by the substrate. This
allows for intricate high quality cutting at higher
efficiencies than comparable laser cutting sys-
tems.

NUKON NLIGHT CUT LINE:
NUKON CUT LINE has a programmable beam quality provided with innovative
fiber technology.
Rapid laser beam size optimization optimizes machine performance in all metals and thick-
nesses.
Users can switch from a small, small beam size for maximum optical intensity - ideal for cutting
thin material and for processing with nitrogen - to thick donut-like rays used to cut a thick,
edge quality material like CO2.
CUT LINE enables the development of multifunctional machine tools so that workshops and
factories expand their competitive advantage.
You no longer have to choose between purchasing multiple tools, accepting the lower per-
formance of existing tools, or using complex, expensive and fragile optical technologies, or
combining rays.
In the past, the diameters of the laser beam were set at 50, 100 and
150 microns according to customer requirements based on the thick-
ness of the material.
With our new technology developed by Nukon engineers, we now
produce our machines with built-in parameters for auto-tuning laser
beam diameters suitable for any thickness of the material.

Application:

Movements: linear or parallel
First all the contours from same side are cut than the cutting head moves to
the other side and when finished all contours cut the cutting head makes a
frog jump and makes the outline.
When moving from one contour to another the cutting head doesn’t move
on the z-axis, but it
moves with a turned off light.
