• TAKRAF roots date back to 18th century, first mining equipment built in 1920s.
• Since 2006, TAKRAF belongs to italian TENOVA group, which in turn is part of
the privately owned TECHINT group.
• TECHINT annual turnover roughly 2 billion US$, thereof TENOVA about 7%.
• TAKRAF has about 850 people worldwide, annual turnover approx. 350 mill €
• Mining & materials handling equipment: studies, supply & complete projects
• TENOVA‘s acquisition of BATEMAN group in 12/2011 led to broader portfolio
