2. To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Nkosifikile Mbeje.I have been Nkosi's immediate supervisor
since the biggining of 2016 and I am proud to have him in my team. I find him to be consistently pleasant,
tackling and closing deals with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Nkosifikile is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas
and communicate the benefits. He has successfully developed a couple of marketing ideas for our company
that have resulted in demand for our products. He is currently trying to develop himself so he can be able
to be more relevant in the company.
Nkosifikile always makes sure he meets and exceeds his set sales targets. He currently averages around
R320 000 a month sales turnover.
Though he was is an asset to our sales efforts, Nkosifikile is also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the
company. In addition to administrating stock movements, Nkosi has assumed a significant role in sales
meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees.
I highly recommend Nkosifikile for employment. He is a team player and would make a great asset to any
organization.
Sincerely,
Hamilton Bhengu
