Server map service files and settings.

 Developed a solution to display the orthophotos, vector GIS layers, and

 Developed a procedure to extract the GPS positions from Gramin Montana into
SHAPEFILEs.
 Developed a user manual so that the customer could load additional data sets
into the Garmin Montana.

“MRF Field GIS for Asset Inspection”:
 Reviewed user requirements, analyzed, and worked on the design specification.
The major capabilities involve, asset type creation, adding assets onto the map,
asset inspection, creation of asset inspection reports and asset alarm system and
Geofensing.

“MRF Field GIS for Weed Inspection”:
 Developed MRF Field GIS to support weed inspections. Major capabilities include
map display, parcel search, printing, red lining, GPS location capture, image
capture using the built-in camera of the field computers, and weed inspection
report creation.
 Developed a data synchronization module to make all the field computers
synchronized with all the weed inspection records.
 Contacted customers such as Clear Hills County, Saddle Hills County, Municipal
District of Peace, and Municipal District of Smoky River to provide technical
support, training, and GIS data loading.
 Analyzed client requirements and worked on design specification for phase 2
development
 Provide customer support, troubleshoot customer problems, provide immediate

“AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location)”
 This is a product research/development project to enable vehicle location update
at every one second, tools – SQL Server, C#.net, Web services, HTML5, SOAP,

 Client – Clear Water County, description – Integrate attribute information, tax
information database with spatial data and transfer information to GIS, tools –
Access DB, C#.net, SQL server, Windows based too development, tasks –

“Resolving San Diego County Annotation Display problem”
 Client – San Diego County, description – An existing annotation display problem
had to be analyzed and a possible solution was proposed, tools – ArcGIS for
desktop, Python tasks – Analysis, Design, and documentation.
