Our college organized a village visit to Sinada village near Karsad as part of an environmental science and technology bridge course. The 40-45 student group visited to understand the village's situation regarding infrastructure like electricity, water, transportation, education, healthcare, and more. They saw the old Indra Aavas housing center in poor condition and the polluted village river used for washing. The village had poor road conditions aside from two cement roads, with only one small hospital and few shops. Education was provided through one primary school with two classrooms and a prayer hall. Drinking water was an issue as villagers relied on bore wells and rain water. While electricity supply was generally good, frequent daily power cuts were a problem. Around

2. Our collage organized village visit which
is part of bridge course. For E.S.T
branch collage decided the village was
“SINADA” near “KARSAD”. It’s
located near valia. We started nearly at
10:00 from “SRICT”. Our aim is to
know the situation of village in
everything like electricity ,water ,
transportation, education , medical
faculty , etc. There was two teachers who
took us for visit and 40 or 45 students in
visit.

3. First we seen the old “ Indra
Aavas yojna Centre” which was
operated from here . It’s
condition is so bad .
There was small river in entrants
of village. People of village are
use to go there for washing
cloths,animals,etc.
So,revier is so much polluted
because of this all things.

4. CONDITION OF
ROAD &
TRANSPORTATION:
People of village have vehicles for
transportation . But the problem is road
facilities in village. Condition is so bad , There
is only 2 roads were made of “c.c”. Other
roads are no as good as for walk. It’s full of
mud.

5. Medical facility:
There is only one hospital in
village and it’s condition is also
not good.
May be govet.,give health check
up camp in every 2 or 3 month.
There were maximum
3or4 small shops in all
over village

6. Education facility:
There is only one primary school.
There were some students in school
Two class rooms, one prayer hall , one
small ground in school.
Government provides midday mill
skim all the year and students also get
benefit.
Next thing is the road to school is in
good condition and work is in presses.
But students can only get education till
5 std.
For further eructation they need to go
other village or city.

7. Water & Electricity:
There is big problem of
drinking water . People have
water for daily use but not for
drink. They have bore for
drinking water but it’s also
depends on earth-water &
rain-water.
There is maximum 5-6 bore
and 2-3 well in all over
village.
Benefit is that the river is so
near from village so well and
bore in use easily.

8. In village there is not much
problem of electricity because
electric pole ,so supply of
electricity is good.
But there were so many
power cut done in a day.
Some time 3-4 in day. so
these creates a problem.
Otherwise it’s good.

9. House & work & popularity:
Popularity of village is near
650-700.
About houses are some
house are made with the use of
cement ,concrete ,bricks .
But the more house were
still made with mud and
something.
People of this village
usually depends on farming but
some of them doing
transportation
