3. Introduction:
THREE JOINTS INTERNATIONALE P. LIMITED is a multi-
discipline company, started by young and dynamic, professionally qualified persons.
The major thrust of TJIL / SJIL over the years has been in the construction industry.
The firm has been able to achieve one milestone after another in its endeavours - may it
be specialised building contracts, designing of housing or commercial projects or
setting up of hi-tech industrial projects.
TJIL / SJIL has the distinction of constructing the most modern, 400 seat capacity
planetarium at Gorakhpur, which also considered as one of Asia’s best. Working in
collaboration with Carl-Zeiss-Jena of Germany on turn-key basis, TJIL/SJIL completed
the project in the shortest possible time.

5. History of the company.
The firm was founded by Mr. Upkaran Chhabra in the year 1972, after his return from CANADA.
He started Structural Design Consultancy Service and worked on exhibition structures, cinemas, school buildings, multi-storeyed
construction and industrial structures besides Civil Engineering aspects of various urban projects, working under the name and
style of ‘U. CHHABRA & ASSOC.’
The activities of the firm widened progressively and by 1976 the Architectural Office had been established under the name
CHHABRA BROTHERS & ASSOCIATES and the firm started taking up ‘Turnkey Contracts’ and ‘Architectural Designing’
assignments.
The firm won a major ‘National Housing Design Competition’ in the year 1979 for their design of multi-storeyed residential
apartments at Meerut, U.P. The firm also executed a number of prestigious ‘Interior Decoration Contracts’ on turnkey basis for a
U.P. Government Undertaking in all major towns of India. In addition to the award in 1979, a company’s design was adjourned a
winner and published in the ‘Building’ magazine as :’Sketch of the week’, in their December, 2014 edition.
In 1980 THREE JOINTS INTERNATIONALE P. LTD. (TJIL) was registered as a Private Ltd. Company to widen its base and
expand its horizon.

6. TJIL / SJIL successfully executed a Rs. 1.0 million export order of semi-precious stone jewellery to then USSR (Russia) under
most trying conditions and a short span of 60 days.
TJIL / SJIL undertook the challenge of marketing Minerals, Food and Juice Products of U.P. Government Undertakings in the
years 1984-85 and was able to increase their turnover manifold both in terms of quantity as well as better rates from bulk
consumers like ‘Steel Plants’ and ‘Defence Establishments’ respectively.
TJIL / SJIL started its ‘Civil construction’ wing in the year 1989 with the most prestigious and a specialised project of constructing
a ‘Planetarium’ which has won it universal acclaim for its many a unique feature, speed and quality of construction.
TJIL / SJIL is currently engaged of ‘Multi-Storeyed Apartments’, specialised ‘Planetarium Projects’, and various other ‘Urban
Building Projects’ in major towns of India in their capacity as ‘Turnkey Contractors’, Project Managers, and Architectural Design
Consultants.

9. Over the years TJIL / SJIL has developed a marketing set-up for
promotion of ‘Industrial Minerals and Commodities’ for bulk
consumers.
TJIL / SJIL involved itself in selling ‘Limestone’ and ‘Dolomite’,
essential minerals to manufacture steel, to various ‘Steel Plants’
like Bokaro, Bhilai, Durgapur, and Raurkela. In a short span of 3
years, TJIL / SJIL was able to multiply the turnover manifold due
to better market insight and aggressive sales techniques, most of
all due to customer satisfaction.
TJIL / SJIL is a member of the ‘Trade Development Authority of India’ besides various other Government organizations.

10. Profile of promoters.
Profile of Mr. Nirlep Chhabra. (son of late Mr. Deepak
Chhabra)
Educational background:
Graduated from Modern School Vasant Vihar in the year
2002. Secured ‘A’ grades throughout schooling and even was
awarded the ‘mathematics field award’ in the year 2000.
Graduated from MSRIT, Bangalore. Apart from completing
the course, Mr. Nirlep Chhabra had also invented two
inventions while studying in college.
Graduated from IIT-Delhi, India. Secured ‘A’ grade in the
grueling and tough examination conducted by IIT. He also
invented a product while studying in IIT, and the same was
presented during the open-house presentation organized by
IIT.
A young, dynamic and professionally qualified engineer,
Nirlep works tirelessly to achieve the high standards he
maintains. He also won an international design competition,
conducted and adjourned by ‘building magazine’.
Profile of Mrs. Aarti Chhabra. (Daughter of late Mr. Deepak
Chhabra)
Educational background:
Graduated from Modern School Vasant Vihar in the year 2006.
Won the prestigious ‘founder’s day’ award on several occasions,
and even was awarded the ‘Dheeraj jain award’ for securing the
highest marks in the science stream (with biology as a subject).
Graduated from LSR, one one the top-3 ranked college in
India(Outlook magazine’s ranking). Secured overall second rank in
the university (first in the second year of course). Even was
awarded the ‘Reynolds Scholarship’.
Graduated from LSE, one the top-15 ranked university in the world
(Forbes ranking). Graduated with honours in the course
International Relations and Human Resource Management. Was
awarded a scholarship by the university.
An extremely intelligent person, with a professional outlook
towards work. Aarti through her wit and humor ensures the
company not only meets ‘world standards’, but strives to set new
ones.
