17. THE EXCLUDED - PERSONS WITH VISUAL
IMPAIRMENT
• They live with visual system defects which
affect their ability to perform daily
activities of life. These conditions include
partial sightedness, low vision and total
blindness.
• They rely on alternative formats which
include the Braille, large prints and talking
book or audio recordings and electronic
resources to meet their information
