Conference is one among the eight district events
conducted every year. It is a major event in which we
select the DRR nominee for the current Rotary year
by conducting a Cacus where queries of the
Rotaractors will be answered by him/her who have
opted for the role and from each club one
representative will get a chance to vote to select
them. There will be awards presented in the
conference where clubs will be recognized by their
best theme, logo, letterhead and so on of the
particular Rotaract District. Every club who has
registered for the event gets a slot to showcase their
activities by a video, Club that they have completed
in this Rotary year.
The tariff details for the event is cited below. The
event is being conducted for one complete day and
intends to have an impact on approximately 3000+
and more Rotaractors. The sponsors can brand their
products and market their services through the kits
distrubuted.
