Marriage and Children
She was married for 12 years to Alfred Kahn who passed away in 2002, they have
one child together named Billy short for William whom is 11 years old. She is
currently not married.
Previous Deposition and Previous Lawsuit
Ms. Kahn has never been deposed beforefor a deposition nor has she ever
cooperated in another lawsuit as a defendant, plaintiff or witness.
Case Specifics
On August 29, 2008, Janice Kahn’s sonBilly was struck by Ronnie Randall. Ms.
Kahn was in her garden weeding, the garden is five feet facing away from the
street. Billy was playing in the front yard and Janice was watching him while she
was in her garden. Ms. Kahn did not see the accident because she was weeding the
garden at the exact moment of the accident, she claims that Mr. Randall
intentionally struck her child. She heard him swerve and saw her sonlying next to
the car covered in blood.
Ms. Kahn met Mr. Randall 10 years ago and dated for that amount of time
Janice broke up with him two weeks prior to the accident. Ms. Kahn claims that
Mr. Randall knew that Billy is the most important personin her life so therefore he
tried to kill him as revenge against her for ending the relationship. Her son Billy

sustained head injuries and several broken bones. He cannot participate in baseball
anymore due those injuries. When Mr. Randall struck Billy, he was intoxicated and
would usually swerve down Ms. Kahn’s street to get her attention.
Ms. Kahn’s sonbarely spokeafter the accident and also after the accident,
Ms. Kahn stated to exhibit symptoms of illness. Her doctortold her that she was in
shockbecause of the accident, she was also throwing up every day since the
accident as well as having headaches and feeling anxious. Her next doorneighbor
told Janice on the day of the accident that they saw Mr. Randall intentionally turn
the wheel to hit her son. Also just two weeks before the accident, Mr. Randall
struck another child at the same curve.
