2. Typical Day:
When shipments arrive Nicholas will config routers and switches
Provisioning of phones
Some are for stock some are for projects
When downtime is available work on stock items (would be nice to have 5 of each)
5 1841 routers
5 1921 routers
5 24/48 port 3750 switches
AP’s ?
Truck used to have 2 of each of the routers and switches, 2 box of AP’s

Why: To further business and have phones ready to be installed at client. Speed up the
process and have checks in place. Need to have configured so we can access and fix problems
that arise after install

Make sure all equipment is on Truck
Set up equipment
Find place for wall mount (4U)
Level it off, mount to the wall
Need to learn how to hang in drywall vs. concrete ect.
Get the UPS (Battery Backup)
Put in switch screw it in
Put in router
Locate our circuit
Observe client rack (site survey should have been done before hand with pictures)
Mount gear...
