PROJECT BRIEF
*This the six storeyed building under Tanzania Food and drugs authority that
will serve the lake zone regions, to be developed in Mwanza municiplity,
Tanzania mainland.
the building consist of Laboratory,IT rooms, basement car parkings conference
and meeting halls as well as offices, rentable bank spances and ATM's and
restaurant.
the project will be an iconic structure in mwanza since it is close to the bus
terminal it will be busy with number of activities.

*This project is a proposed solution to a great
number of travellors seeking accomodation out of
highly populated town of Dar es salaam, the project
will serve customers who intend to travel to and
from Dar es salaam city by taking one stop at Kibaha
mile moja in Pwani Region and take a breath or rest
before moving on.
this has just came due to high traffic encoutered
during late hours to go to the city center form up
countries normally people spend about 2-3 hour
waiting for the queue.

a well organized sitting area with large openings to ensure light and air
circulate more easly as it may reduce the cost of cooling the indoor spaces.

area hence the vision will be pleasing as well.

TANGSHAN BAY URBAN PLAN (CHINA MAINLAND)
PROJECT BRIEF
*The government of china decided to develop this
town after being abonded since the earth quake
attached this area during 1976's then therefore Jr
comapny won the project and i was engaged to
deloped some concepts towrds this project as my
input to plan for the settlements and so much.
*The project will include all transport facilities as it
is seen with network of roads connecting all places
with the town, recreation areas like beach and sea
shore developments and public gardens also was
taken into consideration as well as zoning and
safety.
