Gape is a deliberative democracy platform that generates sustainable citizen-led projects. It analyzes user proposals and interests to form networks around common goods. These networks then contribute ideas that Gape aggregates and pre-computes into project proposals using semantic technologies. The platform is accessible through multiple channels and is designed for use on Amazon EC2. An alpha version will be released in late 2016 for testing by companies and citizens.
